Sewage treatment plant projects that we have recently undertaken include a six population unit for a domestic dwelling, 25 population unit for a Community Centre and a 400 population unit for a caravan park. No matter what size your application is we have a solution. During the process from design to handover we liaise with all necessary authorities involved. Sewage and storm water pumping applications installed of late for private domestic property include two ‘single pump stations’ for  storm and sewage, and two ‘twin pump stations’ for storm and sewage for a housing development consisting of 22 houses and 14 flats.

We also have some pumping stations connected to either a BT line or a mobile telephone connection. These stations call us when either a pump has tripped, a power supply has been lost or a station has built up to a high level situation. Either way, we often know and have an engineer on site before the residents know they have a problem. Pumping Solutions are able to offer a borehole drilling service to their clients. One example was when we were contacted by the owners of Norfolk Arena to install a borehole in the centre of their track - to supply water to settle dust and give spectators a more comfortable viewing.

In an irrigation project for over 10,000m of polythene tunnels, Pumping Solutions designed a fully automatic system for collecting rainwater, storing, filtering, treating and reusing for crop irrigation. The system involved laying drainage pipes, installing two below-ground pump stations, erecting storage tanks with anti-algae covers, filtering of the water by means of sand filters, treating the water for bacteria via UV lamps and finally pumping the water back round for irrigation use with an inverter controlled pump, qualified under the energy technology listing and approved on the enhanced capital allowance scheme.
