On behalf of the residents of 189 Evington Lane and the directors of Evington Lane Management Company Limited, I am writing to say how pleased we have been with the work your team completed during their attendance on our site over several days this month.

The communication between our two companies, prior to the work, was excellent. Your guys turned up exactly on time. There was the minimum disturbance with the parking of residents’ cars in the garages close to the necessary excavation. In addition, the asphalters turned up to complete the work exactly at the time we expected.

To quote one of our residents… “All the guys working on this job are excellent. Very polite and friendly”.

With my personal thanks and congratulations for a job well done. Looking forward to the next regular maintenance visit.

I had a pump fitted a week ago, and it developed a couple of problems which were sorted out very quickly. Special thanks to your staff and a special mention for Joe. Highly recommend these people as nothing is too much trouble.

The only company that I have been able to find that delivers and in a timely manner. They know their stuff, arrive on time, and are polite and do not overcharge. I would definitely recommend them.

They have been absolutely brilliant, arrived within days and dealt with problems immediately (residential pump overflowing). Best company.

We have an underground well which provides water for the garden. The existing pump failed. Pumping Solutions assessed the installation, quoted for an up to date submersible pump and related works. Work was completed efficiently in just under a day and the new installation works perfectly. Professional, efficient and competent.

I spoke to a member of the team (unfortunately didn’t catch the name) during the period between Christmas 2021 and New Year, after our aerobic digester tank required treatment. Despite my enquiry being during the holiday period and not resulting in any sale, they were very helpful, pleasant and patient in discussing the problem.

Mick from Pumping Solutions provided a full repair and refurbishment service for all five of our water fountains. They now look and operate very much as new.

Mick and David were always helpful and friendly throughout the several weeks’ project. The company is clearly committed to customer satisfaction. They are willing to accommodate and advise as and when needed. They have certainly exceeded our expectations, and because of that we highly recommend them.

Pumping Solutions have been servicing my system for a number of years. We found John to be a very helpful and pleasant person. Our very best wishes for the future.

Can you please thank Adam for locating a suitable replacement pump and arranging for your engineers to attend immediately. The engineers who I believe were Mick and Liam were both dedicated, persistent and committed to resolving the problem for us that day , which was very much appreciated by all of us.
